Client Objectives
Cresa managed the relocation of Drexel University’s Finance Groups from the University City Campus to a 7,890 SF space on the 9th floor of the Bellet Building. The relocation sought to consolidate Drexel’s three arms of their finance department - general accounting, financial reporting, and payroll – into one joined space.Results
The relocation project, spanning approximately three months, involved construction, followed by the installation of furniture and signage, with staff relocation completed before Drexel’s Winter Break.During the Construction Administration Phase, the team oversaw nine key phases: Administration, Construction, Furniture, Network/Data/Telecommunications Systems, Security & Access Control Systems, A/V Systems, Signage, Project Move-In, and Close-out management.
