Pat Patrick

With 40 years of experience, Pat has played a pivotal role in a diverse array of projects, encompassing new construction and renovations in higher education, healthcare, public, residential, and hospitality sectors. Her stellar reputation in the region is well-earned. Pat has worked at every level of project management, from serving as an on-site Superintendent for a large construction company to holding the position of Director of Construction for a major developer. At Cresa, she guides clients through the entire process, from initial planning to final turnover. This multifaceted experience enables Pat to approach each project holistically, anticipating potential risks and addressing challenges early on. She has contributed to the area’s most significant projects, including the $63 million renovation of Villanova University’s Finneran Pavilion and Haverford College’s comprehensive seven-year Capital Improvement Plan.
