As Principal, Project Management, May brings nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality and corporate projects. She defines the scope of work, prepares ROM estimates, develops and manages project schedules, forecasts cash flow, and oversees all aspects of the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget. May works closely with clients to enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces, and leads change management and move management throughout project execution.
