Jasmine brings a multidisciplinary approach and significant entrepreneurial and philanthropic experience to the Ottawa office. Jasmine’s primary focus is to leverage lease negotiations for occupiers and obtain the best possible real estate strategy for her client’s portfolio of spaces. By implementing Cresa strategies along with personal experience, Jasmine is able to provide results that leave clients secure and confident. Throughout her philanthropic ventures and interfacing with a wide array of clients, Jasmine created a line of Christmas sweaters and raised over $30,000 for the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, landing the company on CBC’s Dragon’s Den.

Zach joined the Cresa Ottawa office in the fall of 2013. Prior to joining the Ottawa team, Zach spent four and a half years as a Financial Advisor with TD Canada Trust where he specialized in real estate secured lending and investments. Zach's primary focus is to ensure consistent client satisfaction while assisting the occupier in lease negotiations, by incorporating Cresa's unique and loyal business model.
