Vice President

Jared's focus is on Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), a growing segment in industrial real estate, both in the Philadelphia region and nationally. Prior to joining Cresa, Jared worked for Action Commercial Group and Simi Capital, a landlord and developer based in New York City. Jared’s extensive experience in real estate and finance will help clients successfully align their strategies with their business needs. A graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Jared has also passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and is preparing for Level III.
