As Director of Solutions Development, Jim Gray leads the Solutions Team in support of complex, portfolio-level pursuits, helping shape client-centric solutions and service delivery models. He works closely with Cresa’s advisors and subject matter experts to help guide strategy and the development of supporting deliverables, ensuring services align to client needs and objectives. Jim also contributes to key platform build initiatives and strategic partnerships that enhance Cresa’s position in the market.
Jim works across cross-functional teams to provide structure, direction, and alignment in how Cresa’s capabilities are positioned. By bridging strategy and execution, he helps ensure complex client challenges are addressed through clear, practical solutions.
