Denver Facilities Consulting Firm Merges with Boston Tenant-Rep Company

Denver-based facilities consulting firm BGL has merged with the Denver operations of Cresa Global Inc., a Boston-based commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation.

BGL was founded in Denver in 1984 and provides facilities design and consulting relocation management, and technical services to tenants. BGL has worked with clients such as Charles Schwab Corp., Visa Inc., Xcel Energy Inc., Whole Foods Market, and Wells Fargo & Co.

The two companies have been sharing office space at 1515 Arapahoe Street since 2014 and began to notice similarities in company culture and goals.
