Bio
Bruce has been dedicated exclusively to occupier representation for 27 years. Over that time, he has handled more than four million square feet of assignments. He is known as an innovator and has pioneered several service lines including strategic portfolio planning, project management and a “No-Load” build-to-suit product. These have evolved into a powerful integrated service that ensures the client achieves both the best transaction terms and the right transaction to support the company's business plan.

Prior to joining the Denver Office, Bruce was the founder and managing principal of Liberty Greenfield, a leading boutique tenant representation firm in the western US. Merging the practices of top management consulting firms with high level real estate expertise, Bruce created a firm comfortable with corporate finance, new workplace and development trends. He continues that approach now with Cresa.
Bruce received his MBA from the University of Chicago. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota.
