Natalie Bode represents companies who occupy office and industrial space across North America with their real estate needs. She helps her clients develop data-driven strategies that enable them to select optimal locations for operations. Complex site selection; lease renewals; expansions; relocations; building purchases; sale-leasebacks and property dispositions are all services Natalie provides. She serves as a dedicated tenant/occupier-only advisor, passionate about providing expert guidance on executing real estate solutions that align with her clients’ corporate goals and initiatives. In addition, Natalie frequently authors articles and blogs that provide unique insights on how to effectively navigate labor and supply chain challenges.

Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. She competed on the Texas A&M Trap & Skeet Team during her time at the university and was the 2004 National Collegiate Lady Sporting Clays Champion.
Natalie has served on the board of several commercial real estate industry organizations, including CoreNet Global, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). She has been recognized with the Commercial Real Estate Women Dallas (CREW Dallas) Outstanding New Member Award and NTCAR Young Citizen Award. Natalie supports several charitable organizations, including Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.

Natalie’s husband is the CEO of a Dallas-based logistics company. They have one daughter, June. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Natalie competed in skeet shooting and has been awarded numerous state, national and world shooting titles and awards.
