Cresa Finds New Location For a Downtown Law Firm
Powers and Santola was located in downtown Albany for many years. The firm’s layout was inefficient, and had a lot of wasted space. With their lease expiring in less than two years, the firm wanted to see what other options were available.
A market search identified five potential new locations that matched the firm’s needs. After narrowing down the list to a few properties, Cresa formed a competitive lease proposal process, and followed it with strong lease negotiations.
After the perfect space was chosen and a lease was negotiated, Powers and Santola used Cresa’s, relocation management services. Cresa was able to keep the moving process on a systemized timeline, making sure that the move didn’t disrupt the
employee’s and their work.
