Client Objectives

In order to maximize their growth and innovation, Great Wolf is focused on attracting top talent and passionate new hires. To achieve this, Great Wolf engaged Cresa to conduct a labor and location analysis for multiple locations within the greater Madison area.

The goal of Cresa’s intra-market location strategy study was to identify which locations would best support Great Wolf’s future operations, specifically in terms of labor market dynamics, impact to the current emoloyee base, and additional location criteria

Great Wolf landed on two new locations in Madison: a coporate office at 1255 Fourier Drive and a downtown call center at the Network222 building on West Washington Avenue.

In order for the 13,126 SF space at the Network222 building to support the operations of the call center, significant changes had to be made to the suite and core of the building.
•  Fully construted passenger elevators
•  Mechanical rooms and associated shafts
We wanted an office that mirrored our reputation: distinguished, professional and high-quality. From the beginning, Cresa understood our business objectives and what we wanted to achieve. Thanks to them we’ve achieved a substantial increase in the space at our site and are well on our way to buying our future home
