Creating a collaborative, cost-efficient headquarters tailored to a hybrid workplace

Client Objectives

The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP), a nonprofit organization representing provider-aligned health plans across the U.S., engaged Cresa to help realign its office strategy with a new hybrid work model. The organization sought to reduce costs and create a workspace that better supported collaboration and flexibility, with employees in the office two days per week.

 

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Cresa’s team guided ACHP through a holistic process that combined real estate strategy, financial analysis, and workplace design. Together with ACHP’s leadership, Cresa developed a vision for a 7,026-square-foot headquarters that would foster connection and creativity—incorporating writable surfaces, cork walls, and open collaboration zones that enable brainstorming anywhere in the office.

Throughout the project, Cresa’s Transaction Management and Lease Audit teams ensured that financial objectives were met, while Project Management oversaw design and construction delivery. The project came in under budget, saving nearly $52,000, and fully realized the CEO’s vision for a modern, engaging workplace.
