Sam specializes in the representation of occupiers and has worked on complex real estate requirements for local, national, and global clients. He works closely with his clients to identify goals and objectives and provide them with the quantitative and qualitative information required to successfully implement short- and long-term real estate strategies with a focus on reducing occupancy costs. Sam has extensive experience negotiating leases, acquisitions, and dispositions—including financial modeling, business intelligence insights, labor analytics, incentives, creative financing solutions, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning.

Sam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Sam has received numerous accolades for his work representing occupiers, including the following awards presented by Cresa’s Washington, DC office: Rising Star, 2014; Top Producer, 2018, 2019, 2021, & 2022; Great Leap, 2014 & 2015; and Most Collaborative, 2016. He was inducted into Cresa Global’s President Club as Top Producer in 2015 and received the recognition again in 2016, 2017, & 2018. In 2019, 2021 & 2022, Sam was recognized for his achievements with a Chairman’s Award, an honor reserved for Cresa’s most productive advisors. In 2017, Sam was named amongst “40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate” by DCA Live in its annual celebration of leaders of DC area commercial real estate. Additionally, Sam has served on the Board of Dress for Success since 2019 and is currently a member of the organization’s Finance Committee.
