Dallas new hires with Jim Underhill and Scott Bumpas

Cresa’s Dallas office added to its tenant representative team by hiring former Peloton Commercial Real Estate experts. The new hires are John Briggs (Senior Vice President); Hunter McGuinness (Vice President); Tor Erickson (Senior Vice President), and David Ditchman (Principal). JLL acquired Peloton’s Dallas and Houston offices in September 2019.

Briggs comes to Cresa with close to two decades of commercial real estate experience, much of it with Peloton. The tech-savvy McGuinness established Peloton Commercial’s analytics platform, while Erickson brings more than 17 years of CRE and valuation knowledge. Ditchman’s more than 20 years in the industry included executive positions with E Smith Realty Partners and Forest City Enterprises.

“The ‘Peloton 4’ are absolutely integral to our growth as a company,” commented Cresa’s Scott Bumpas. “Our goal is to bring the most talented, culture-minded, occupier specialists to our office, and you can’t get much more experienced than this group.”
