With over 20 years of experience in architecture and design and twelve years in overseeing interior projects, Marin Kolb works closely with Cresa’s advisory team and clients to manage project schedules, while minimizing construction costs and risks. As a registered interior designer for the state of Texas, Marin leverages her combined knowledge of workplace and design trends, construction, and commercial real estate to develop creative strategies to meet clients’ needs.
