Cresa served as Lafayette’s project management partner across the full capital program, providing on‑site staffing and acting as an extension of the College throughout every phase of delivery. Our team supported each initiative with comprehensive services including preconstruction, conceptual estimating, planning and design oversight, bidding and negotiating, construction management, and full budget and schedule development.

• McKeen Hall – Managed the renovation of the historic residence hall, including installation of a Valent HVAC system, new sprinkler systems, and full owner’s agency representation.
• Kamine Hall, Fisher Hall East & West, Rubin Hall, and Sullivan Parking Deck – Directed new residence hall construction and delivery of a new parking structure to support increased student housing capacity.
• Reuf Hall and Keefe Hall – Oversaw a chiller plant expansion, including new air‑handling systems, multiple design scenarios, and an interconnection between both buildings.
• Skillman Library – Led the $22M expansion and renovation, evolving into the College’s project manager with responsibilities spanning procurement, contractor coordination, and ongoing budget monitoring.
• Fisher Field and the Bourger Varsity Football Building – Delivered one of Lafayette’s largest athletic upgrades (> $30M), including turf replacement, new digital scoreboards, and complete demolition and reconstruction of the grandstands.

Across all projects, Cresa ensured disciplined planning, precise cost control, and seamless execution—strengthening Lafayette College’s residential, academic, and athletic environments.
