Cost Estimating is a Science

This building brings together three distinctive departments: Biology, Psychology, and Philosophy, and two interdisciplinary programs: Biological Foundations of Behavior, and Scientific and Philosophical Studies of Mind. It contains research and teaching laboratories with associated support spaces, offices, and lecture halls. In addition to the building itself, substantial site development, such as storm sewage facilities, and paving, was included in this project.

 

Cresa was engaged to complete a thorough detailed cost estimate on the entire project scope. Our figures were within 10% of the actual construction costs.
