Benchmark School selected our team to support their mission of providing dynamic, purpose-built learning environments for students with learning differences through the creation of new Innovation Labs for both Lower and Middle School students.
Results
Cresa managed the transformation of an existing music room into a fully equipped Lower School Innovation Lab and led the design-build process for a new 1,485 SF Middle School Innovation Lab. Working alongside SHoP Architecture, the team delivered a highly customized space featuring advanced design elements—including a fabricated floating ceiling system—while ensuring seamless coordination with existing building systems.
