Nate is a member of the suburban advisory team, with a focus on representing tenants in the Route 495 North, MetroWest and Southern New Hampshire marketplaces. His responsibilities include market research, business development, business term negotiations, qualitative and financial analysis, site selection and lease negotiations.

In 2016, Nate completed his Bachelor of Arts in English at Trinity College-Hartford, where he was a decorated ice hockey player. Additionally, he has completed course work in the Boston University Real Estate Certification Program.
Nate is a member of the Trinity College Boston Bantam Business Network. He is actively involved in the Cresa Boston Charity Committee and volunteers on the Greater Boston Walk to End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee.
