Charlie has been helping corporate clients manage their real estate portfolios since 2010. His corporate real estate experience includes advisory and transaction work both domestically and internationally for Fortune 500 clients. Charlie’s core client services include managing and negotiating industrial, office, and retail leases, as well as portfolio strategy and industrial building sales and purchases. He has worked in many sectors, including technology, financial services, and the industrial logistics and distribution industries.
