Bio

Matt is a Principal of Cresa and serves as Co-Chair of the Strategic Leadership Council. He is involved in the operation of the Washington DC Metropolitan offices, as he continues to foster new relationships with different corporate users and provide strategic and consultative advice on business and real estate matters. Matt has dedicated himself to working with the younger hires in the organization to share his knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Cresa, Matt spent nearly 12 years at Studley as a Corporate Managing Director and had also been the owner of two real estate finance companies. This has allowed him to draw upon prior experiences to provide his clients with a unique perspective to optimize and enhance the value of their real estate holdings through well thought out solutions.

Matt received his BA in business, with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Development, at The American University in Washington, DC.  In addition, Matt has attended and completed several courses in the areas of finance, business, marketing and real estate.
Matt has served on several charitable boards and committees over the course of his life.  He has served on the Board of Directors for Most Valuable Kids and currently serves on their Advisory Board.  He was an event committee member for the former Bobby Mitchell Hall of Fame Golf Classic, benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was a team leader for Habitat for Humanity.
