Eugene has been a part of Cresa’s Chicago office for over eight years, bringing in more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. As Senior Manager of Research and Finance, he plays a key role in shaping Cresa’s market intelligence and reporting capabilities across downtown and suburban office markets, as well as Chicagoland’s industrial sector.
Eugene has been instrumental in building and maintaining Cresa’s proprietary market intelligence database, producing quarterly market reports, and developing custom research and whitepapers. His work also extends into portfolio management and portfolio finance, where he supports clients with data-driven insights to optimize real estate strategy across their portfolios.
