Leasing Veteran Drew Netherton Joins Cresa in OC
Drew Netherton has joined Cresa as a principal with its Orange County office. An industry veteran and native of Southern California, Netherton exclusively represents office and industrial tenants throughout Southern California and the U.S. with a focus on critical site locations and portfolio management.
Netherton most recently was a senior managing director at Newmark. Before that, he was an SVP with Cushman & Wakefield.
Among Netherton’s most recent deals are Valassis Communications’ 235,000-square-foot lease renewal in Commerce; Harland Clarke’s 135,000-square-foot renewal in High Point, NC; and CNI’s new 50,000-square-foot lease in Santa Ana. Vericast, NCH Marketing and Quarterra are among his clients.
