Since 2000, Stewart has negotiated over 500 transactions in excess of 5 million square feet on behalf of his clients. These transactions have included lease renegotiations, relocations, purchases, and disposition of sublease space. Stewart relies on his unparalleled communication skills to understand his clients’ requirements and implement the appropriate strategies necessary. He is adept at providing detailed analysis, evaluation and reporting. His attention to detail and the breadth of his transaction experience from 280,000 square foot headquarter relocations to single office transactions. Stewart has a proven track record of executing aggressive and thorough transactions on behalf of his client’s needs.
