As Operations Manager, Maribel manages and trains the Support Staff, ensures the Phoenix office is adhering to operating procedures, oversees office Real Estate Licensing, and updates Managing Broker pipelines and other corporate reports. Maribel is responsible for ensuring project continuity between her broker team and their clients. She works to facilitate & streamline communication & project execution for new & existing clients & pursuits, while also overseeing the team’s accounts & portfolios. She also provides administrative support on various client & prospect matters for Managing Principals & advisors on her team. Maribel is bilingual (English & Spanish) & will use her language skills to help cultivate & expand Cresa’s LATAM presence.
