Dean is the Founding Principal of Cresa Toronto and has been instrumental in the development of Cresa’s integrated service platform while building a significant portfolio comprising some of the firm’s largest and longest standing clients.
The success of Cresa’s integrated platform is the result of his ability to lead and inspire a team of diverse professionals, accomplished through innovative approaches to facility planning, the development of real estate alternatives and negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions.
