“I am excited to have Tom move into the President role and become an integral member of our leadership team,” said Cresa CEO Jim Underhill. “His skills and experience will help take Cresa’s already robust momentum to the next level.”
"Cresa’s offices are the core of our success and I am thrilled to be in a position to help them thrive,” said Birnbach. “With Cresa’s laser focus on representing the needs of occupiers, we have a tremendous competitive advantage over the large firms in our industry that are trying to be all things to all people.
