Jim Niethammer, Managing Principal of Cresa Sacramento, has extensive experience representing the interests of corporate real estate clients in lease and purchase transactions. Jim was an early Principal with Cresa, which has now grown to more than 70 offices nationwide. Cresa is known for client advocacy, and only represents occupiers of space.
