As a Managing Principal and Broker of Record for the Washington, DC region, Rich is responsible for maintaining the success of offices in DC, Maryland and Virginia. His priorities include occupier strategy, transaction management, recruiting, retention, project management liaison. With 36 years of experience, Rich’s skill set includes managing client relations, strategic oversight, negotiating complex transactions including leases, sale leasebacks and evaluating lease/buy alternatives.
