As a Senior Transaction Manager, Laura is responsible for managing portfolio advisory services for our corporate clients, including overseeing and executing a high volume of transaction activity for a Fortune 500 company. Her specialties include site selection, lease negotiation, construction management, and acquisition/dispositions. Laura empowers her clients to make informed decisions, ensuring their real estate strategy supports their overall business objectives by providing strategic and tactical real estate advice and solutions.
Expertise
Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Berklee College of Music in Boston and holds an RPA designation from BOMA. She is currently a candidate in Corenet’s Master of Corporate Real Estate program.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her son and golden doodle. Additionally, she enjoys long distance cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and the beach.
