To get to know Kelsey on a more personal level, we asked her the following questions.
What is your favorite restaurant in Portland?
Yalla - their hummus with burnt beef ends is AMAZING
What activities do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Soccer at The Plex, riding my Peloton, Barre3, Underdog Sports Leagues, running local races, weekend getaways. I like to be on the go.
Why did you decide to become a commercial real estate broker?
I’ve always been interested in businesses, real estate and entrepreneurial ideas. I love knowing what’s going on in the local business community. I started out in property management and it exposed me to the brokerage community and that led me to pursuing my broker’s license in OR & WA.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
To never take anything personally. It’s tough sometimes!
What do you like best about working for Cresa?
I love the empowerment from my coworkers to grow professionally and personally.
Would you rather have a dog with a cat’s personality or a cat with a dog’s personality?
A cat with a dog’s personality. I actually already have that - my cat Nova plays fetch with her crinkle balls.
