Bio

Tad Laws is responsible for the development and execution of Cresa’s strategic recruiting plan across the US. Additionally, as Market Leader of the Chicago office, Tad manages performance and operations throughout Illinois. Prior to joining Cresa in 2019, Tad held a variety of roles with global real estate firms focused primarily on broker recruiting, retention, acquisitions, training and collaborative sales management. He began his career as a transaction advisor representing both occupiers and landlords throughout downtown Chicago.
