Brad Struck is a Managing Principal at Cresa and directly involved with the firm’s vision, growth and strategy for the Texas region. With over a decade of experience in representing office and industrial occupiers across North America in executing complex site selection, Brad develops data-driven strategies centered around clients’ business, financial and operational goals. His expertise includes transaction advisory, site selection, industrial sales, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks and portfolio management. In addition to serving clients, Brad leads and brings together Cresa’s Dallas team of advisors.
