Justin has been a licensed real estate broker since 2007. His core focus is negotiating lease and sale transactions for occupiers. These transactions include warehouses, trucking operations, storage yards, manufacturing operations, cross-dock facilities, drayage yards, & intermodal facilities. Justin has completed over five million square feet of industrial lease, sale transactions & build-to-suits on behalf of occupiers. Justin has served as an expert witness on matters of fiduciary and standard of care required by Code of Ethics in California.
