Bio

As Executive Managing Principal and Broker of Record for the Washington, DC region, Rich oversees offices in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. His priorities include occupier strategy, transaction management, recruiting, retention, and project management coordination. With 40+ years of experience, he excels in client relations, strategic oversight, and negotiating complex transactions such as leases, sale-leasebacks, and lease/buy analyses.

Rich served 10 years on Cresa’s Board of Directors, including as Vice Chairman and Chairman. He is the former Director-in-Charge of Cresa Cares and currently serves on Cresa’s Diversity Council and co-leads the Life Sciences Practice Group.
