Emily brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, exclusively representing occupiers in complex real estate transactions across Texas and the United States. Her career began at Gensler, where she spent over ten years helping organizations create workplace strategies that supported their culture and business goals. She later honed her tenant representation expertise at Cushman & Wakefield and Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners before joining Cresa.
Emily advises clients on site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, expansions, acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and dispositions. She is recognized for developing creative solutions to challenging transactions and for her unwavering commitment to client service. Her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach enables clients to make informed real estate decisions that support their long-term business strategy.
