With 26 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, technology, and market intelligence, Eli brings a rare and complementary skillset to the team. His career includes senior roles at CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Savills, as well as time at proptech firm VTS, where he founded the company's nationwide Research division and helped commercialize their data offering.
In his role at Cresa, Eli is focused on growing the firm's advisory platform, developing top talent, and strengthening Cresa Houston's presence in the market. He drives advisor business development, elevates the client experience, and assists with recruiting efforts to attract the best professionals in the industry.
