He focuses on helping organizations evaluate options, mitigate risk, and secure workplace solutions that support how their teams operate today and plan for tomorrow.
Known for his analytical mindset and client-first approach, Charles works across a wide range of real estate assignments, including new leases, renewals, extensions, dispositions, expansions and contractions. He brings a strong understanding of Houston’s office market to every assignment, ensuring clients remain well-positioned throughout every stage of the lease lifecycle.
