As Vice President at Cresa, Jacob’s focus has always been on occupier representation. Over more than a decade in commercial real estate, he has developed a practice built on data analytics and scenario modeling, giving clients a grounded, forward-looking view of their real estate decisions.
His work spans the full spectrum of occupier needs: from single-office relocations to multi-location corporate portfolios, straightforward lease renewals to complex acquisitions. Regardless of scope, his approach remains consistent — rigorous, deliberate, and oriented around each client's operational and financial objectives.
Jacob has completed more than 100 transactions representing over $120 million in total value.
