Bio

Joe Pelle is the Managing Director and Broker of Record for Cresa’s Pittsburgh office, overseeing daily operations for nearly 30 brokers, lease administrators, and support staff, as well as key strategic alliances such as FedEx Surface. Since joining Fischer (now Cresa) in 2002, he has completed hundreds of transactions across North America, including more than 150 build-to-suits, along with sale-leasebacks, expansions, renewals, dispositions, and acquisitions.
