Cresa developed a comprehensive Master Project Plan informed by enrollment projections, outlining a path to expand the Paterson, NJ campus to PreK–5 and the Newark campus to PreK–12. The plan included architectural programming, block diagrams, cost estimates, and a multi-year project schedule.
