For nearly 15 years, Cresa has supported Freire across Philadelphia and Delaware with new site selection, campus expansion, and renovation projects.

Results

Highlights include:

  • Middle School: Cresa guided site selection from 40+ options, helped secure financing, and managed construction and budgeting for the chosen Market Street location.
  • TECH School: Cresa managed a major renovation to boost energy efficiency and modernize the building, including façade restoration, new HVAC, and interior upgrades for tech labs, maker spaces, offices, and a cafetorium.
  • High School: Cresa completed renovation of the science lab, including new flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, windows, eye wash stations, and FF&E, ready for use before the new school year.

Projects were delivered within tight budget and construction windows. Cresa’s hands-on oversight, phased bidding strategy, and milestone tracking ensured each project launched on time and within budget, even with compressed summer construction schedules.
