Anne’s 30+ years in a multitude of roles - from construction management to property and facilities management - have been key in her invaluable understanding of each facet of a client’s real estate project. Anne’s 5 million+ SF project experience spans from minor reconfigurations to large-scale fit-outs and renovations, as well as new construction. Now a Principal at Cresa and previously a NorthStar Principal since its inception in 1999, Anne’s role varies from Principal-in-Charge to Project Manager. As her specialty lies within the corporate sector, Anne has either directly managed or lent her expertise to the majority of NorthStar’s corporate projects. She masterfully manages a diverse portfolio of projects, including 100+ national and international projects for Willis Towers Watson throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, along with her team. Her system of scheduling, coordinating, and tracking consistently leads to project efficiency and success.
