Thomas P. Sullivan has specialized in tenant and landlord representation for over 30 years. Tom’s focus has always been the financial bottom line and overall best interests of his customers. Prior to joining Cresa, he was the Executive Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors and, before that, was the Vice President/Director of Leasing at the Empire State Building for Helmsley Spear Inc.
