LaMean has been exclusively representing users of office space since he joined Cresa in 2015. He performs complex transactions for his clients, including early renegotiation, new lease acquisitions with creative termination rights, building sales, and sublease dispositions. His wide client base ranges from technology firms and associations to government contractors, financial services firms, and hospitality companies. He closely reviews and identifies goals and objectives while providing quantitative and qualitative information required to successfully implement short-and long-term real estate strategies.
Prior to joining Cresa, LaMean worked as a Sales Executive for one year at CoStarTM, the leading commercial real estate information company.
