Justin Kessler joins Cresa as a Senior Vice President, bringing more than a decade of tenant-focused expertise to the firm. Kessler is known for delivering strategic and cost-effective solutions that align with his clients’ operational needs, culture, and long-term growth goals. Using market insights and a strategic approach, Kessler guides clients through every stage of the real estate process, from needs assessment and site selection to lease negotiation and occupancy planning. He was most recently a Managing Director with Bradford Allen where his knowledge of Chicago’s downtown office market and longstanding relationships allowed him to deliver best-in-class real estate solutions to his clients.
