Dennis Hearst advises corporate occupiers on complex transactions, portfolio strategy, and workplace decisions. With more than 35 years exclusively representing tenants, he brings a disciplined, analytical approach to major lease negotiations, headquarters assignments, and multi-market portfolios. Dennis works closely with occupier’s executive leadership, finance, legal and workplace teams to evaluate alternatives, manage risk, and make defensible real estate decisions. His experience includes a 467,000-square-foot headquarters relocation build-to-suit, national and regional portfolio-wide engagements, and sophisticated transactions for technology companies, professional-services firms and other corporate users. A CCIM Senior Instructor and CoreNet credential holder, Dennis combines financial rigor, strategic perspective, and experienced execution.
