Will is a dedicated professional in the Phoenix office and plays an instrumental part of the Arizona-based Portfolio Account Team, which completes an average of over 250 transactions annually, totaling more than 4 million square feet. Will is responsible for transaction negotiations, strategy implementation, and financial analysis and modeling for several local and national accounts. Will and his team’s clientele are Fortune 100 & 500 companies with expansive global portfolio and local footprints.
