Dan has more than a decade of experience in project management with a strategic focus on hospitality projects of all types. During his career, he managed numerous projects and demonstrated a proven track record of maintaining and managing aggressive schedules and budgets. He excelled in finding cost savings, enhancing team communications, and ensuring that lessons learned were always incorporated into project conversations.
Dan has extensive experience managing multiple assignments ranging from full-scale hospitality renovations to office improvements and ground-up industrial projects. He proactively managed schedules, the construction design process, and costs. Notably, he managed the New Orleans Marriott project, which included the renovation of rooms, suites, and corridors. Additionally, he served as the Project Executive on the Grand Hyatt Atlanta project, overseeing model rooms, guestrooms, corridors, suites, public areas, and the Grand Club. He also managed client relationships across various hospitality projects nationwide, with a focus on the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Region.
Dan recently completed a successful full renovation of the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay Project in Miami, FL. This project involved the renovation of 607 keys, suites, guest corridors, M-Club, lobby, restaurant, and pool deck, all completed without disrupting operations throughout the construction.
