Nicholas specializes in helping Industrial and Commercial business assess, discover and procure real estate for their commercial needs.  Whether on a lease, lease renewal, build to suit or sale basis; representing the Tenant or Purchaser is Nicholas’s passion and specialty.  Care and time are imperative to discover the needs of a Client, Nicholas’s objective is to understand these needs.  Combining that with his market knowledge, he provides opportunities that benefit his Clients. His primary goal is to help his Clients make the best real estate decision possible.
